Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on our suppliers. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origin

Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and ship from overseas warehouses (primarily from Asia). Please factor this into your expected delivery timeframe when placing an order.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
  • United States & Canada: 15–35 business days
  • Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15–30 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–45 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via our suppliers' chosen carriers, which may include standard international postal services or courier companies. Carrier selection is determined by the supplier based on your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow a few days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival of the shipment. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via our Contact page and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the supplier.
