Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times We work with trusted overseas suppliers to bring you quality pet products at great prices. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

ePacket (where available): 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or supplier lead times.

Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Some orders may have limited tracking updates depending on the shipping carrier used.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Prestige Pets has no control over these charges.
